    Joel is extremely knowledgeable about many remodeling aspects. He came yesterday and replaced a sub floor, and installed a new water heater. Did an amazing job. Very reasonably priced. As an added bonus, very personable. 5 stars and highly recommend!!! See more See less

He’s already helped us with several projects around the house that we just couldn’t get done on our own, and we love how easy he is to work with.     Joel was fantastic! He came out within just a few hours of my initial inquiry to change out my bathroom vanity lights and install a lighted mirror.     Joel did a tremendous job working on my pool deck, it should last a long time he put his Craftsman skills in the building the porch. it would probably Outlast my house. thank you Joel what a wonderful job. I also would recommend him for any repair work painting, anything that has to do with woodwork, showers is a hell of a carpenter. who does backsplashes tile tremendous guy don't hesitate to hire this young man.     I went on the Clermont community page to ask if there were any plumbers working the weekend because I had an issue with my toilet waterline leaking. Joel immediately responded and he was at my house within the hour fixing the issue and also installed the Bidet! So grateful to have this connection with his company. BTW… Bidet is life changing in a posting way! lol 😂 See more See less

    I can’t even begin to describe how knowledgeable and honest Joel is. He came late at night to work on a plumbing issue I had. He was honest and explained what he could do and what was beyond him. He didn’t charge a fee because he couldn’t fix the issue but he was kind enough to offer me a temporary solution until I have drain field experts arrive. This man went over and beyond to help.     Joel and his team are above and beyond professional and reliable. We had an urgent job needed at a vacated home. I appreciated starting with a call and then continuing via text communication to work out the details and approve our perfectly descriptive estimate.
